Coat wings w/ dry ingredients (not the Thai crunch).
Air fry on top rack 380° skin down for 12 min.
Flip wings, repeat for 15 min.
Air fryer to 420° top rack for 10 min. until desired level of crispiness.
Mix wet ingredients with a whisk and pout over wings for tossing.
Add Thai crunch and basil leaves.
